Getting started – free tier and initial setup

Yes. Daily check-in earns connection time at no cost. It is designed for light browsing and node evaluation – not as a temporary trial. Heavy daily use of AI tools and streaming is better served by VIP lines.

No. The official client handles connection without manual imports. You can still import into v2rayN, Clash or Shadowrocket if you prefer advanced configuration.

Free tier: 1 device. VIP dedicated lines: 6 devices – enough for phones, tablets, a laptop and a TV.

Refresh the subscription, switch to a node in a different region and verify the system clock is accurate. If it persists, send support your client version, ISP and the target service.

Yes. Return-to-China routes allow overseas users to access music, video and domestic apps, though results vary by platform rules.

OpenWrt, Merlin and Padavan routers can be configured via compatible cores. Support can share the specific steps for your firmware version.

Privacy – encryption and data handling

Your ISP sees encrypted traffic to the VPN node, not the sites or apps inside the tunnel. Content, DNS queries and destinations are hidden.

No. Browsing history, DNS content and exit targets are not recorded. Only the account and subscription data needed to operate the service are stored.

VLESS Reality obfuscation makes the tunnel appear as standard HTTPS. Backup protocols and entry points are updated as network conditions change. No VPN guarantees 100% uptime on filtered networks.

Connected sites should see the exit node IP. Enable DNS protection and the kill switch for the strongest leak protection.

Queries are handled through encrypted channels inside the tunnel, preventing ISP-level interception, forced redirects and DNS poisoning.

No. iKuuu VPN runs on subscription fees, not advertising. There is no business incentive to sell or monetise browsing data.

Streaming and gaming

Yes. Native IP node pools maintained for Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube keep region errors low, with per-service recommendations in the client.

It reduces cross-region instability for Apex, Valorant, Steam and similar titles. It is not a specialist gaming accelerator, but the routing improvements are noticeable for many players.

Select nodes allow P2P. Use them only where legal and pick the nodes specifically noted as suitable for downloads.

VIP dedicated lines with CN2 GIA or IEPL circuits are less affected by peak congestion than shared lines. The improvement is most visible for video streaming and voice calls in the evening.

Account and subscription

Use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in page and follow the link sent to your registered email. Keep the mailbox active for account notices.

Yes. The account and all configurations carry over – nothing needs re-registering when you move from free to VIP.

Yes. On public networks the client uses encrypted connections and selects routing accordingly to reduce exposure.

Spellings and the official entry point

Yes – all are misspellings of iKuuu VPN that appear when people type from memory. The service itself has one name, one client and one team behind it.

Check the domain. The real entry point provides clients directly and never prompts you to install a download manager first.
